Thank you for taking the first step towards hosting a 2009 Ryan Gingerich Behavioral Boot Camp. We are thrilled to offer the opportunity to change the lives of horses and horse owners in your area. Hosting a Ryan Gingerich clinic can be personally rewarding and financially profitable. Below is an outline of responsibilities for Ryan Gingerich and the clinic host. ON-SITE – RYAN GINGERICH / STAFF RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Ryan will be available for 2.5 days and will follow a predetermined format for the clinic schedule. See below for clinic schedule. 2. Ryan will be on location to work with a maximum of 12 students and horses during the clinic. 3. A personal assistant or assistant trainer will be on location with Ryan to help Ryan with students or other needs to make sure the clinic runs smoothly. 4. Ryan will bring or have merchandise shipped to location to be sold at event.
PROMOTION AND PUBLICITY 1. The clinic date will be featured on The Behaviorist TV show the weeks prior to the event date. 2. The clinic date and contact information will be featured on RyanGingerich.com on the schedule page. 3. Pre-formatted color magazine ads that may be easily customized for local magazine promotions will be provided to clinic host. 4. Pre-formatted color flyers that are easily customized for your event location will be provided to clinic host. 5. Team Gingerich will e-mail all names in the RG database that are in the same region as the clinic and direct individuals to the show host.
CLINIC HOST RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Suitable facility that includes a covered or indoor riding arena and an outdoor riding arena. Both arenas must be at least 80’x120’ in size. 2. Lunch for Ryan and staff. Bottled water and snacks for RG and staff. 3. Pay for all facility rental fees including stalls, electricity and applicable insurance. 4. Collect all monies from students and auditors. Host determines cost of clinic and retains profit. Host may charge up to $850 per student. No minimum charge per student. Suggested auditor pricing: $15 Friday, $35 Saturday and $35 Sunday OR $75 for all 3 days. Again, Host retains all profit from auditors. 5. Provide a PA system with a wireless lavaliere or headset Mike for Ryan. 6. Provide 20x20 indoor space with electricity for Ryan’s merchandise sales.
COST TO HOST Pay presentation fee of $5,000 to Ryan Gingerich, plus travel and hotel. Payment outline: - Time of booking: $1500
- 45 days before clinic: $1500
- First day of clinic: $2000
** 15% discount if entire fee is paid at time of booking. **
